What is the average turnaround time?

The time to produce a digitally printed tablecloth or table runner is approximately 5-6 business days from receiving ready to print art plus shipping time. For a silk screen printed tablecloth the time it takes is 10 business days from proof approval plus shipping time.

The time to produce a roll-up banner stand is approximately 5 business days from receiving ready to print art plus shipping time.

I don't have artwork for my project, can you help?

Absolutely, you can order right online. If you have special needs or something that isn't available online, just call us at 860-350-8016 to discuss or you can email us.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

How do I care for my printed tablecloth and table runner?

Due to the nature of some high intensity colors, we do not guarantee against abnormal cleaning methods such as: dry cleaning, spot washing, chlorine water, bleaching, etc.  Recommended washing for all types except the flame retardant tablecloths and table runners is to machine wash cool, tumble dry low, remove promptly, use steam iron low setting.  Washing or laundering the flame retardant tablecloths and table runners may compromise the flame retardancy.
