Ordering Process: 

  • How do I place an order? 
    • You can place your order directly through the website, or contact us for help completing your order.
  • Can I reorder the same products?  
    • Yes, we make reordering your products fast and simple. Please contact us with your previous order number and we can assist you in reordering your products. 
  • Do I get a final approval before having my order fulfilled?  
    • Yes, we send over digital proofs of all customer productions before fulling each order.  
  • Can I get a sample before placing a large order? 
    • Yes, for a large order we often recommend a pre-production prototype. Contact us for more information.
  • What is your standard turnaround time for most orders? 
    • Digitally printed tablecloths & table runners: 4-5 business days + shipping (after artwork approval). Roll-up banner stands: 4-5 business days + shipping (after artwork approval). Rush service is available: Contact us for details.

Pricing & Payment:

  • Do you offer bulk discounts? 
    • Yes! Discounts are available on larger orders. Contact us for a custom quote. 
  • What if I find a better price from another competitor? Do you price match? 
    • We strive to offer competitive prices. Contact us if you find a better price elsewhere, and we'll try to match or beat it. Include a competitor's product link in your email.
  • What forms of payment are accepted? 
    • We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and checks.

Artwork & Design:

  • What if I do not have print ready artwork? 
    • No problem, we have a highly skilled team that can help you design and get prepared for print. Please contact us to inquire about the process. 
  • Do you accept low-resolution image?
    • Images must have a resolution of 150 dpi at full size. Contact us and we can potentially help upscale your low-resolution image.
  • Can you color match my brand colors? 
    • We use a dye printing method. While we strive for accurate PMS color matching, exact matches cannot be guaranteed. Please view our Artwork Guidelines page for more information.
  • Do I have full control over the design and artwork of my product? 
    • Yes, you have full design control. Please view our Artwork Guidelines page for more information.

Products & Customization:

  • What size tablecloths do you offer? 
    •  We offer variety of sizes including 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft, plus many other options. Please contact us for help with custom sizes not listed.
  • Do you only do tablecloths and table runners? 
    • No! We also create custom banners, displays, promo items, and more! Contact us for more products that might not be listed on our website.
  • Do you offer stretch or fitted table covers? 
    • We offer both fitted and stretch tables cover options.
  • What products do you offer?

Shipping Options:

  • Where do you ship from? 
    •  All orders ship from inside the USA via UPS with various options available during checkout.  
  • Do you offer international shipping? 
    • Yes, please contact us for custom international shipping quotes and options.
  • Can I use my own shipping account?  
    • Yes, please provide us with your carrier account information during the checkout process.  
  • Do you offer rush orders? 
    • Yes, we do have expedited production and shipping options are available. Please contact us for more details.

Product Care:

  • How do I clean my tablecloth? 
    •  Machine wash on cold, tumble dry low, and remove promptly. Avoid bleach and dry cleaning. 
  • Will the print fade
    • Our printing process creates long-lasting, vibrant prints. With proper care, colors stay bright through many washes.

Returns:

  • Do you accept returns? 
    • Custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Defective items will be repaired or replaced. 
  • Can I cancel or change my order? 
    • Changes or cancellations can only be made before the artwork has been approved.

Miscellaneous:

  • Are your products produced in the USA? 
    • Yes, we are proud to offer products that are printed and finished in the USA. 
  • I need help with event branding is that a service you offer? 
    • Yes, we can help design, brand, and coordinate multiple products for a cohesive style that helps your company stand out. Please contact us and we can help get your event branding off to cohesive start.
